The Philippines Supreme Court is a Joke
The Philippine Constitution requires that all government officials file a PALN (financial disclosure statement). Many Members of the Philippine Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice, Corona, do not.
Their excuse is that if they do, people will see how rich they are, and that they will be subject to harassment and possible kidnapping.
This Stupidity only weakens an already weak country.
