    11/02/2012"Free Goddess" Bulk Carrier with Filipino Crew of 21 Hijacked south of Yemen in Arabian Sea

      ARABIAN SEA:    The “Free Goddess” with a Crew of 21 Filipinos was “hijacked” off the Southern Coast of Yemen on February 7, 2012.    The Free Goddess was en route from Adabiya, Egypt to Singapore, carrying 19,475 metric tons of steel cable with a crew of 21 on board.

    03/02/2012Two American Tourist Kidnapped in The Sinai

      Kidnapping of Two American Tourist in Sinai       Two American women along with their Egyptian guide were kidnapped today in the Mount Sinai Region of Egypt.  They were traveling overland by vehicle from Saint Catherine’s Monastery to Sharm el-Sheikh.   Reports indicate that there were others in the Group who were not abducted.       This Area is not far from where 25 Chinese Workers were kidnapped last week, and then later released.

    01/02/2012Swiss and Dutch are Kidnapped in Tawi Tawi

      Gunmen abduct tourists in the Philippines       A Swiss and a Dutch tourist have been abducted along with their local guide while on a bird watching trip in the Philippines.   The tourists, aged 47 and 52, had gone to an area where they could see endangered species.
